I whole-heartedly concur.
I do have one big concern though: I actually think there will be quite a
few people who *want* to work on this, and have very strong opinions on
how things should be. I think we would be best to choose one person who
we want to place our confidence in, and let them lead a small 'task
force' that shares their vision.
My personal recommendation would be Jetryl, if he wants to do this and
has time.
