Hi Mundua,

First of all I must express my disappontment at the format of your mails
that donot fit on the screen. Why is this so? Someone out there like Kiggs
should help me on reading these mails in a standard format.

All the same Gofi, the poor performance was countrywide and to single out
Westnile bse of 'their' money is cheap. Let me assure you that without poor
performance or better still a need, their money is useless.

I can assure you they need you. Forget sanctions and you don't come to take
my money and you abuse me on top. That is unacceptable. If you tolerate this
kind of donor behaviour, then become one.

Ladies and gentlement, let us look at the performance geographically and
politically. You will discover alot.

Gofi, for heavens sake can you enumerate the things that the Dutch claim
they have done and we will assist them to do it better.

If we got sanctions perhaps that would make us do better.

Thank you and bye.

Ejiku
