Hi All, I’m sure many must have been wondering what is Happening with Sam considering no update followed through yesterday but it was due to the fact that we hadn’t got anything conclusive to update on.
Below is brief highlight to update of status as of today 14/12/2010. · Sam was meant to undergo minor corrective surgery today to align the jaw and teeth that got affected but the ENT surgeon on observation advised that, this should be given one week to allow the jaw settle and thereafter they will do both corrective surgery to deal with fracture of the nasal bridge as well as Dental alignment. · No more bleeding being experience. · Sam eats well though this is restricted to soft food given the fact that, he has problems with the jaw and some teeth that broke in the accident. · Sam is not being admitted but will be having bed rest at home until after one week when he will go for review as stated above. · Sam is able to walk freely without support of anyone let alone any object. · He is able to talk though it’s advised that, he shouldn’t overdo to allow the jaw settle. · Sam can be reached on 0704233234 until when he gets a replacement for his number and phone. I would like to once again take this opportunity to thank everyone who has supported Sam and the family during this time in whatever way they have and urge those that would still need to support financially or otherwise to do so through A’bati Mickson (0772994815) and wish him speedy recovery. The brain is intact and hope he will recover soon. Thanks to all who have shown support in every way possible and more especially. Dr Jim Peter Erema, Embati Richard for the guidance on who to contact and Dr Tumusiime of Nsambia hospital who left home to come and undertake the CT scan to confirm the above condition.
