Dear all, Thanks for the good response. I actually did not miss the satire behind the "COW". Just wanted to add flavor to it. It seems I was taken too serious...my fault. Relax !! As Ugandans, we are known for many distinct things, the one described in the COW concept being one of them. You can find many more in the attachment for your weekend reading. Don't miss the fun behind it, but retain the seriousness and value to have a day out for the children....Number 12 is particularly a good reminder for the organizers. Best, Charles
