is the "K/s" rate not the average rate ? That is what would be expected, but perhaps it is the actual current rate instead?

I think any stalled-ness should be indicated by "(stalled)" text, rather than modifying the average "K/s" rate. Would you agree? I think it would be very handy to have the average "K/s" rate always displayed.
