I am trying to configure a program notification to run a traceroute to a specific host when the host shows as down.  I've configured the program notifications first to run a batch file with the appropriate trace route commands.  When the batchfile itself runs, it works fine.  However, when the host is down and Whatsup Gold runs the program notification, I get the DOS prompt up, no text in it.  It is on the screen for a few seconds, then goes away but the text file I have the batch file creating is never created.   I also configured the program notification to run the tracert command with all the neccessary parameters as the executable.  The same thing happns, the DOS window pops up, no text, and the text file is never created.   Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.
