How about manually adding this stuff? And does it have to go through SNMP?

Yes; try autodiscovering the item's capabilities/services. Rightclick >Properties.... and select the Services icon. For routers, I've generally had an Interface box checked in that display but it depends on how you originally built/discovered the device. In any case, click on 'Auto Discover' to start that function and WUG will survey that box for well known ports and SNMP MIB-2 interfaces, stuff like that. Pretty slick; big improvement in granularity; makes the live links function meaningful. I'm unclear about managing up/down dependencies now that multiple interface devices have been modeled in this product, but all in good time. -Don "Shawn P. I'd like to monitor multiple nics on servers, firewalls and routers - and be able to do this from one icon. Any ideas???
