from my point of view, it may be a problem, if Web security is enabled to
start the screensaver.

No more configuration is needed. You can test it in your browser:
http://<wup-hostname>/logview5.asp should give you the last 5 log lines.
http://<wup-hostname>/svcstats.asp should give you 6 numbers
Also check in the screensaver config the host and port are correct.
