I have the same issues. The debug.log just tells you the screen saver
has started with a time stamp.

Frank,

No more configuration is needed. You can test it in your browser:

http://<wup-hostname>/logview5.asp should give you the last 5 log lines.
http://<wup-hostname>/svcstats.asp should give you 6 numbers

Also check in the screensaver config the host and port are correct.
