Does the account you’re a running whatsup as have admin privileges over the monitored machine?

Hi, Has anyone managed to monitor the MailSweeper Delivery, Receiver and Security services? They always register as down as soon as I start monitoring them… Any help, ideas, suggestions welcomed! TIA
