the exchange plugin is monitoring all possible exchange
services.
many of us don't run exchange event service and site
replication service.
remove those services if you are running exchange
2000.
configurable tresholds to monitor
untick the cluster box if you are not running a
cluster
see if it works.
if it doesn't remove the parameters one by one and see if
it starts to work. if it does, try configuring the parameters till you find the
correct tresholds.
