Assuming Windows: In the web browser, press Alt+PrintScreen to capture the current window. Programs, Accessories, Paint. Press Ctrl+V to paste the capture into Paint. File, Save As select "Save As Type" PNG (or JPEG, but not Bitmap) enter file name and click Save In your mail program: Insert, File and select the above saved file.
