--- Comment #46 from Bryan Tong Minh <bryan.tongm...@gmail.com> 2011-07-08 19:18:08 UTC --- I did some debugging with Roan and Sam on http://commons.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?title=File:Kaulitz_Berlin_1708.jpg * MediaWiki does not fail on the unlink() calls in purgeThumbnails() * var_dump( wfFindFile( 'Kaulitz Berlin 1708.jpg' )->getThumbnails() ); returns an empty array on fenari * ls /mnt/thumbs/wikipedia/commons/thumb/0/03/Kaulitz_Berlin_1708.jpg/ returns an empty directory * http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/thumb/0/03/Kaulitz_Berlin_1708.jpg/800px-Kaulitz_Berlin_1708.jpg?blsdsgfsd=dsgdry gives two cache MISSes and a Last-Modified header on 20 November 2010 So, according to MediaWiki there are no thumbnails left. However according to the webserver(?) they are still there.
