Just a quick answer so far, I'll review all your thoughts soon (tm) > T231731 <https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T231731> defines some conditions on what counts as a tainted reference (i.e. when a tainted reference warning is triggered); it might be very helpful to have access to these data. Where do these data live? Those counts will be available in Grafana/Graphite/Statsd. <- does this sound right @Tarrow @noarave ?
