Also, moving forward, rather than guessing all of this from edit summaries, it would be a lot nicer to have all of this in event logging. But doing that for a historical baseline doesn't really work, so the mediawiki_histroy and summary based approach will be needed for now. Unless we delay rollout of the feature.
