Jan, I think you need Lodewijk for that! Your mail reminds me that it might be a good idea to put links on that Commons page per country that link directly to the "Participate" page on each country's website. I noticed that when you google "Wiki Loves Monuments" the Commons page is still coming up, and of course there isn't even a link to an upload wizard there. Jane
