there is a small problem with the login redirection. if one clicks on https://secure.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/w/index.php?title=Special:UploadWizard&campaign=wlm-ch, then one falls to the login page, and after logging in to the wikimedia commons main page. it should go back to where one came from, at least imo.
