Your mail reminds me that it might be a good idea to put links on that
Commons page per country that link directly to the "Participate" page
on each country's website. I noticed that when you google "Wiki Loves
Monuments" the Commons page is still coming up, and of course there
isn't even a link to an upload wizard there.
There is a link to the .eu site. I also added a link to
https://secure.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/wiki/Commons:Wiki_Loves_Monuments_upload
now.
