The WLM ES group *is* a filtered one. Maybe some photos were incorrectly 
approved.
AFAIK there is also a backlog there. I wonder if some other country 
considered using a bot for review there?
Something like:
For each photo waiting review:
- Grab its description, and detect if it contains a valid monument id (I 
already have code for validating a monument id)
- If the id is valid, approve the photo and send a thanking message.
- If the id is missing/wrong, send the user a flickrmail explaining the 
problem and reject (or make a note, and retry a few days later).

Does anyone have something similar? The hardest part seems to be that no 
interface with flickr would be available, not the actual processing.
