For instance, starting with a clear commitment to iterate towards a working charter and council, this year, with shorter cycles and public collaboration and broad participation by individual contributors, not just affiliates. Given the uncertainty of the current moment, it would be clarifying for you or other Board representatives to make a firm commitment to catalyzing a successful charter + council.
