Excuse me. I'm a new user here. I'm a reference librarian in Lausanne and student at the *MAS Archival, Library and Information Science* organized by the University of Bern. I'll write my MAS thesis on that subject (WiR, ambassador, etc.). I'm delighted about this initiative taken by a national institution (and the other one from the Swiss Federal Archives).
