Right now the whole thing is under review.  I'd imagine they're not
extending the block to new domain names for exactly this reason, and I
wouldn't be surprised if a whole lot more gets blocked *if* their review
reiterates their original decision.

I'll hold off on speculating on *why* Amazon UK took it down (has Amazon US
done so as well?).  But good for them that they did so.
