E:OpenID is usually configured for standard (password) Login or OpenID Login, so with E:OpenID-enabled MediaWIkis (as Consumer) you are on the safe side regarding this aspect. You can associate one or many OpenIDs to your account. You can manage your OpenIDs (add further, delete unwanted) in a new preferences tab "OpenID".
