Watchlist and (fine-granular definable) E-Mail-Notifications are very
important - for my daily work.
LiquidThreads and Echo (if you opt-in to mail) offer that (using the
MediaWiki UserMailer functions).
Does Flow also offer E-Mail-Notifications?
