I just want to be clear that any sort of template syntax that resembles or can 
be confused with wikitext is not something that we can or should allow in core. 
If MobileFrontend and whatnot want to use this syntax, so be it.

The other thing they're adding is text interpolation so you can do
<span>{{name}}</span> and people don't have to be sad about Knockout's HTML
attribute syntax. This can simplify the migration for existing handlebars
compatible templates as used by Mobile & Flow.
