I would also like to be able to configure the server to except a connection from any port. I may have to use such a feature in case the ISP blocks port twenty five. I have spoken to my ISP and they recommend using the Web mail interface. I do not like the web mail interface and in any case, I prefer popping my e-mail
Another option is that you could have your email forwarded from the new ISP to your current email address. This will work with your temporary ISP in that you login to them & then have your reply address being your current address instead of the temporary ISPs address. Any email accidentally sent to your temporary ISPs address then would be forwarded to your current address.
