Oh so I'm not so ignorant after all because I didn't even think to try it. Hey, VZ tech supt didn't even think to mention it but I'd expect that from tech supt people these days. :-(

As to the bandwidth issue, I don't know about your Linksys but some routers
allow the WAN port to be fixed at 10 Mbps.  I'd think that would resolve the
10 vs. 100 problem you posted on before.  If not, then I'd be looking into
MTU and RWIN issues at the PCs.  I assume you're familiar with free tools
such as TCPOptimizer from Speedguide.net.

I either have tools for this or can acquire them. Now all I have to do is find the time to monkey with it as my ToDo list grows by the day & we aren't getting any younger not to mention that my HoneyDo list is also growing. What happens when one combines MyToDo list with HoneyDo list? [take any combination of My, To, Do & intersperse them in HoneyDo then LAUGH as req'd]
