I've found that going to Synaptics <http://www.synaptics.com/> [if
that's the brand that you have] & getting the latest driver for your
model fixes most of these problems. Of course I assume that we're
talking about touch pads & not mice as I've never heard of a mouse
pad having a programming problems unless we're talking digitizing
tablets that are used for artistry or CADD applications.
