By a little detective work I think that the keys that change when the
connection setting is altered in IE are all in
HKCU\Software\Microsoft\windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings .
If I am right, then a change in this area will occur if the setting gets
changed by something. iexplore is shown as the process when I do it by hand.
Am I right?
