I have FOUR external enclosures and the chipset supports
8 USB ports. I tried the plextor alone, removing all the
other plugs and still no way. Last test will be done
tomorrow (now I'm ready to go to sleep) removing a
CDRW from another PC and installing in the infamous
enclosure. If it works it means that the plextor doesnt like
working that way; if it doesn't in means that it's... a fatwa
:-)
