You've must have been on vacation every other time this has been posted. What he meant to say is "additional" software or software other than Windows as he doesn't want to install anything in order to connect to the internet. While I agree in concept the poster doesn't seem to know the difference between an ISP & a Web Portal but AOL & MSN want it that way altho I would expect professional to know the difference. When it comes to high speed Internet neither of them can be an ISP but it's my understanding that both are trying to change that as we speak.
