Since Microsoft''s WGA program is retirieving a said users IP address
without prior consent and knowledge under these terms could be defined as 
spyware.
But Microsoft's error reporting tool lets the user decide wether or not they 
want to send
an error report to MS.

Why couldn't they have done this with WGA? GO Figure?
