That's the removal instructions for the pilot version.
MS installed a later version on my system.
"This update cannot be removed"
It is version: 1.5.0540.0
I tried google "removal WGA" and got 273,000 hits.
Most have the link removed to uninstall it because of MS.
I'm still searching.

I, like others, don't want it.
It says that it "cannot be uninstalled".
