That is an excellent question.

I submitted a problem to tech support last friday, I haven't gotten a
 response yet.

Before purchasing Win4Lin I tried out the eval version and had some troubles
because I'm running on Debian. At that time their tech support was wonderful,
I got a first response in a couple of hours and had the problem resolved that
same day.

Has anybody else had this kind of troubles? If anybody at Netraverse is
reading this, what is going on?
