I tried to get to tech support via the Netraverse number for their Austin
office. After being transfered four times, I was able to get to the tech
support call queue. But after waiting for 20 minutes, I got a "No technical
support personal available... blah, blah."
I AM SO FRUSTRATED!!! I've been using Win4Lin since 1.0.. and I like the
product. But Netraverse tech support is another thing. They just flat out
s*ck with customer support. I'm now close to demanding a refund!
