Does anyone know a way to assign a new key-binding in windows?
I'd like to bind WINDOWS-TAB (ALT + the 'Windows' key) to
ALT-TAB, to switch between windows.

I'd like to use ALT-TAB under windows, but KDE's grabbed that.
Ideally, I'd like to get KDE to filter ALT-TAB so that it
passes it to Win4Lin when Win4Lin has the focus, but that
may be too complex to do.

Win4Lin recognizes the Windows specific keyboard keys -
it would be more appropriate to map WINDOWS-TAB to do what
ALT-TAB normally does.

BTW, I chanced upon the Windows key combinations and they're great:
WINDOW+E = start explorer
Windows+D = shift/minimize all windows
...and it works under Win4Lin.
They're all listed under:
Start > Windows Help >Exploring your Computer
  > Keyboard Shortcuts > For the Windows KEY
