The problem is SGI specific. I have submitted a report, but the
reply wasn't any help (check permissions, which I obviously did
in the first place).

I've sent off an strace output from running win, doing a dir
in Linux NFS directory or in an SGI NFS directory, respectively,
and have sent this off. Hopefully, this will give them some
clue to what's going on.

We have never seen any problems in Linux accessing a NFS drive
from the SGI's, so this is win4lin specific.
