If it works well then yes, it's a very good thing that they finally realised 
their errors.  However, it doesn't change the fact that they may still restrict 
downloads of reinstalled products even when it isn't the user's own fault that 
they have to re-download.  You say the package is only 20MB in size but I 
wonder whether that is the complete thing, or whether it goes and re-downloads 
stuff from the Internet as it used to do when installing.  I may try it in a 
test environment just to see what happens.  I'm not doubting your word, I just 
want to try it for myself out of curiosity to see if it really has changed for 
the better.  I'm certainly not being a stick-in-the-mud and I certainly will 
give credit where it's due.  The proof of the pudding is in the eating, and I 
would like to try a slice of it before passing summary sentence, as they say. :)
