I like the way that the initial patch works with the handlers.
While I was looking at this patch, something else to consider is that I think
we should aim for being one of Geronimo's JAX-RS implementations (and implement
the relevant bits of JSR250) if possible to broaden the audience. Somewhat
like the Tomcat/Jetty and Axis2/CXF choices that are available.
