I wasn't too sure exactly what type of plug point that Michael made earlier in
this JIRA.
I think we'd have to test the behavior out in all the environments to
understand what the impacts are (like I don't know the impact to a Tuscany/OSGi
environment are). I don't think it would be terribly difficult for someone to
add the JSR-250 annotations to their environment though if they were missing.
