Or if you only care about 802.1X automatic configuration (and not about all the features of device management that come with Cloudpath and others) you can use the free configuration tool from cat.eduroam.org (definitely not as good as Cloudpath, but good enough for many of us ..and it does support your local SSID in addition to eduroam)
