Hi Charles, We don’t have a dedicated SSID for on boarding anymore, as we have found issues with devices that tend to continue latching on to it. That function has been consolidated into our open SSID, so if a device is not registered, it automatically goes to the captive portal where the device can be registered for the open SSID, or onboarded to our secure SSID. ----------------------------------- Eric Kenny Network Architect Harvard University IT -----------------------------------
