I second Mark's suggestion - we've detected this problem at nearly a dozen
of our higher ed and enterprise customers.

Seems that the issue is between a waking macbook and an android

Traditional tools aren't finding this - we are detecting a drop in traffic
as well as the duplicate gateway address that triggers an advisory alert.
