I don’t know if this is applicable, bur for zoom and teams we were seeing issues where as more people joined there would be poor audio or lag. Zoom does start off using TCP, but under load it will also use additional UDP ports, we found that by permitting UDP 3478-3481 for both Teams and Zoom we saw a noticeable improvement We were previously allowing just UDP8801-8810 and TCP8801-8802

If you're not familiar with the Zoom client/meeting data, ask your Zoom admin to give you access to the dashboard. For live and past meetings you can see a wealth of information on what the client is up to and how it is performing.
