David I just noticed your message asking for an SSH client for BlackBerry. Our product Idokorro Mobile SSH supports sending keys with CTRL, for example you can press CTRL+C and any other combination. As well with the BlackBerry devices QWERTY keyboard it makes SSH a snap.
