I second the Sonicwall option. I know quite a few schools, libraries, and a few medical offices that use them. Fairly easy to setup, very stable, and a great value for what you get. Go with the Enhanced OS though if you want any sort of flexibility from the outside in.
I know a few people that use Watchguard as well, but I'm not quite as familiar with them.
