By sending a second message and demanding answers you collopase the small pool of people who would have answered your original query.
Also thia isn't a voip list. Voip is a big field and many wonderful resources exist that can provide far better assistance. If you have a specific question regarding voip performance or any other specific deployment problems on a wireless network, then your query would most likely get a response.
