Ran into the Citrix problem a long time ago. Most data programs are sensitive to dropped packets. The problem with Citrix is that the packets were small. The program was written to work as a database across a local area network. Once WANs became common and the databases were centralized I think the programmers modified the code. Is someone running an old LAN version of Citrix?
