We have approximately 1200 customers and over 150MBit of available BW, peaking at around 35-40MB.

We aren't experiencing any problems at the moment but I want to know when we should start looking to add capacity. Our competitor is running 20 up and 20 down but has 500+ customers on it and if I do a speed test the pings are fast, 32 or so, but it's really "jerky" on the download and uploads. So...... What is a good REAL WORLD ratio that you use that is smooth? Thanks!
