For 5GHz the only integrated option is dual polarity 60°-Az x 7°-El pattern. For 3GHz we use high performance SectorShape(tm) antennas. we designed them and own IP. These units come in 60 and 90 degrees with 6°-El. These units more expensive but allow our 3.65GHz system to implement adjacent sector adjacent channel planning (even though it's not recommended)
